PROJECT ME — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Project Me. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Project Me mobile application (“App”), operated by Project Me (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

Project Me is a self-improvement and accountability tool designed to help users track goals, habits, and personal progress.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not:

• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the App or its systems
• Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the App
• Upload, post, message, or share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in bullying, intimidation, or harassment of other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.

Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

User-Generated Content

“User Content” includes any content you submit through the App, including goals, habits, journal entries, profile information, messages, social interactions, and challenge participation.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant Project Me a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, monitor, moderate, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the App.

Content Moderation

Project Me reserves the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate User Content
• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable
• Suspend or terminate accounts associated with abusive behavior or repeated violations

We are not obligated to pre-screen content but will act promptly when violations are reported or detected.

Reporting & Blocking Users

To maintain a safe environment, the App provides mechanisms for users to:

• Report objectionable or abusive content
• Report abusive or inappropriate users
• Block other users

When a user is blocked:

• The blocked user’s content will be immediately removed from the reporting user’s feed
• The report will notify Project Me for review and moderation
• Appropriate action may be taken, including content removal or account enforcement

False or abusive reporting may result in enforcement action.

Social & Challenge Features

If you choose to use social or challenge features, certain information may be visible to other users. You control what you share and participate in at your own discretion. You agree to interact respectfully and acknowledge that Project Me is not responsible for user behavior, but will enforce these Terms when violations occur.

Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer premium features or subscriptions. All payments, renewals, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Project Me does not process payments directly.

Disclaimer

Project Me is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. We do not provide medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice. Results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own actions and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Me is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Loss of data
• App downtime or technical issues
• User interactions or disputes
• Decisions made based on App insights
• Third-party services or platforms

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
